About the Role

We are looking for a Senior IT Data Analyst to join a strategic data transformation programme focused on modernizing enterprise data platforms and supporting Data Warehouse and Data Mesh initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Organize and facilitate workshops with business stakeholders.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements.
- Define business rules, source-to-target mappings, security rules, and data quality criteria.
- Design solutions for data ingestion, storage, transformation, distribution, and consumption.
- Develop conceptual and logical data models.
- Ensure consistency and governance across enterprise data models.
- Explain functional designs to development teams.
- Understand data platform architecture, infrastructure, interfaces, and automated data loading processes.




- Support enterprise-wide data management and modelling initiatives.

- Microsoft Azure Data Platform.
- Databricks.
- Informatica (or similar).
- Microsoft BI Tools.
- Data Management & Governance.
- Development Lifecycle knowledge.

- Knowledge of Life Insurance processes.
- Business Process Analysis.
- Scheduling principles.
- Data modelling tools such as Erwin.
