Key Responsibilities:

- Business Analysis & Requirements:
- Lead requirements gathering for settlement workflows, matching, confirmations, and exception handling.
- Analyse and document business needs using use case modelling, process flows, ER modelling, and functional specifications.
- Settlement Process Expertise:
- Act as a domain expert in trade lifecycle, securities settlement, T2S, DvP/FoP, and cross-border settlement mechanisms.
- Product & Change Management:
- Define, design, and validate change requests in settlement systems and downstream processes.
- Drive product evolution across market links, T+1 initiatives, business resilience, and platform enhancements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with operational teams, Product Managers,



Group Business Solutions (GBS), custodians, clearing houses, and IT teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Coordinate across business and technical domains to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Issue Resolution & Operational Support:
- Investigate settlement failures, unmatched trades, and reconciliation anomalies.
- Liaise with front office, custodians, and counterparties to ensure timely settlement.
- Testing & Validation:
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), regression cycles, and readiness assessments for system enhancements or regulatory updates.
- Contribute to test scenario creation and validation.
