The State Hospital in Scotland is seeking an Admin Assistant / Telephonist in the Facilities Department to operate the main switchboard and deliver a full admin service. The role is part-time (7.2 hours per week) with AfC Band 2 (pro rata) plus a High Secure Environmental Allowance.
The post holder will cover Estates Administrator duties, assist with the helpdesk and maintenance requests, and provide support to other telephony and admin staff.
