At Factorial we're looking for a new Sales Account Executive for the Spanish Market to help us support and scale our Sales team to the next level. As part of the team in charge of Closing Deals, you'll be in charge of End-to-End Deal Closing Execution, C-Suite Advisory & Solution Selling, and Revenue Forecasting & Pipeline Management.

What you'll do ?

Own and manage Sales Qualified Opportunities for the Spanish Market, delivering a premium buying experience from first contact to close.
Identify, guide and support prospects throughout their decision making process until they become delighted customers.
Design and execute creative account plans and strategies that help you hit and surpass your targets.
Lead conversations with C Suite and stakeholders,



becoming a trusted advisor rather than just another vendor.
Use consultative selling to uncover real pains, build tailored solutions and create urgency with confidence and integrity.
Provide reliable and accurate pipeline and revenue forecasts to sales leadership.
Collaborate closely with SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience and Senior Leadership so customers feel the full power of Factorial behind them.
Work mainly from our buzzing Barcelona office with flexibility to incorporate remote work in line with mutual needs.

What are we looking for? ?

We are looking for passion, drive and a spark of ambition. Someone who genuinely enjoys selling and building relationships.
Minimum one year of experience closing deals. SaaS or B2B experience is a strong plus.
