We're looking for an experienced Fire Remediation Project Manager to lead the delivery of a portfolio of complex Fire and Building Safety remediation projects across PA Housing. You'll take projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Working closely with residents, consultants, contractors and colleagues across the business, you'll play a key role in managing risk, driving successful project outcomes and minimising disruption for residents. This is an opportunity to use your technical and project management expertise to deliver work that has a real and lasting impact on resident safety.

What youll be doing
- Leading a portfolio of Fire and Building Safety remediation projects from inception through to completion.
- Managing consultants and contractors, ensuring projects are delivered to agreed quality, programme and contract standards.
- Managing project budgets, risks and programmes, identifying and addressing issues early.
- Overseeing design development, procurement and statutor
