Your day-to-day at Lexroom
Multichannel Prospecting:





You will manage a balanced mix (50% inbound / 50% outbound) using cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn to open conversations with key decision-makers.

High-Velocity Sales:

We operate in fast-paced sales cycles. You will be the face of Lexroom and the primary growth engine for our team.
Lead Generation & Qualification:

You will qualify leads, identify strong ICP matches (solo practitioners and SMB law firms), and set up high-converting demos.
Direct Impact & Elevator Pitch:

You will deliver a high-energy, direct pitch to break the ice quickly during short calls (3 to 5 minutes) and drive meeting confirmations.
Smooth Workflows in HubSpot:

Keep lead data clean and up-to-date in our CRM using optimized workflows.
Collaboration & Constant Learning:

Work closely with sales managers, share real-time call feedback, and continuously refine your pitch in a team-first environment.
