Job Description

Join BD's Specimen Management Regulatory Affairs team and gain hands‑on experience in supporting regulatory activities across the EMEA region. This trainee opportunity offers exposure to medical device and in vitro diagnostics regulations while contributing to a key business initiative: the Technical Data Sheet (TDS) Automation Project. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, support regulatory documentation processes, and help ensure compliance of product information used in customer tenders and business operations.

Responsibilities




- Support the Regulatory Affairs team in activities related to the Technical Data Sheet (TDS) Automation Project.
- Review and verify regulatory information extracted from approved and validated sources for inclusion in TDS documents.
- Assist the Specimen Management business during the transition from the legacy TDS platform to the new automated system.
- Support the review of advertising and promotional materials to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company procedures.
- Maintain regulatory documentation, repositories, and product‑related records with a high degree of accuracy.
- Provide administrative and regulatory support to cross‑functional stakeholders and contribute to ongoing Regulatory Affairs projects.

Preferred Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
- Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Understanding of medical device and/or in vitro diagnostic regulatory framework
