You're detail-oriented, highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously. You enjoy working with people, providing excellent service and ensuring every traveler receives the support they need.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you will work 100% on one of our key pharmaceutical clients.
- Manage travel bookings,



modifications, exchanges, cancellations and refunds using Amadeus and approved booking platforms
- Support Delegate Managers and Project Managers by processing travel-related requests accurately and efficiently
- Issue tickets, manage billing activities and maintain accurate records within internal systems
- Provide responsive support for after-sales requests, urgent travel changes and unforeseen travel disruptions
- Deliver a high level of service to client stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and professional travel experience
- Contribute to process improvements, technology adoption and more efficient ways of working across travel operations

What you’ll bring

Experience & skills
- Previous experience as a Travel Consultant, Ticketing Agent, Travel Specialist or in a similar travel-focused role
