Were committed to delivering exceptional experiences for every customer. As a Climbing Instructor, youll lead engaging, safe, and effective sessions that align with our high operational standards. Your role will go beyond instruction - youll be a motivator, a guide, and a friendly face before and after sessions, ready to answer questions and support our members on their fitness journey.
We are looking for candidates with a valid climbing qualification recognised by professional governing body, strong communication skills, friendly and approachable.

As a casual worker, you will have no fixed hours and will work on an as-needed basis, depending on Wiltshire Council's requirements and your availability. You are not obligated to be available, and the council is not obliged to offer you work.
