We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with deep expertise in SAP MES to join our pharmaceutical organization. In this role, you will lead complex manufacturing execution system implementations and optimization projects, driving operational excellence across our pharma production facilities.



You will combine strategic project leadership with technical acumen to deliver transformational initiatives that enhance manufacturing efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and support our commitment to pharmaceutical excellence.
Lead end-to-end SAP MES implementation, interface and upgrade projects from initiation through closure, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery with comprehensive project planning and resource optimization
Manage cross-functional teams including IT, operations, quality, and regulatory stakeholders to achieve project milestones and deliverables
Analyze current manufacturing processes and system performance to identify optimization opportunities and implement data-driven solutions
Ensure all projects maintain compliance with pharmaceutical regulations including GMP, FDA, and EMA requirements
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies while facilitating change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new syst
