Responsibilities
Own delivery of high-quality software projects and coordinate with teammates and stakeholders on timelines.
Contribute across product specification, implementation, code review, QA testing, deployment, and operations.
Build intuitive and deep user experiences for all phases of the private markets investment process.
Seek context, iterate rapidly, reduce ambiguity, and drive projects forward.
Participate in engineering recruiting through interviewing, problem specification, and role ownership.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and management stakeholders to unblock progress.
Requirements
A four-year technical degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience demonstrating that a degree was not needed.
At least six years of hands-on software development experience with a strong emphasis on individual contribution.
Background or demonstrated interest in investment management, fintech, or financial data.
Proficiency in Python, REST APIs, and SQL,



with familiarity with TypeScript, React, and AWS.
Strong understanding of distributed-systems tradeoffs, data modeling, API design, and performance tuning at scale.
Deep understanding of testing and delivery practices, including pytest and CI/CD.
Experience applying AI and LLMs to data extraction, data interrogation, and document generation.
Ability to work independently in ambiguity and communicate clearly in a fast-paced startup environment.
Authorization to work for any U.S. employer without current or future sponsorship.
