Mission: Lead password strength governance within an enterprise security environment, acting as the technical referent for auditing password strength and preventing weak credentials across global infrastructure. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables: Scan Management: Resolve password scanning issues, maintain troubleshooting docs, and deliver resolution/remediation reports. Technical Coordination: Host troubleshooting sessions with network, server, and DB teams, and report coverage metrics to security committees. Root Cause Analysis: Analyze incidents, escalate findings, and provide actionable recommendations to prevent recurrence. Technical Environment: Unix, Linux, Windows, Active Directory, Oracle, SQL Server, AS400, Power Shell, EPAS, Enforcer. Required Profile: Proven experience in system, network, DB administration, and integration within large-scale enterprise environments (cybersecurity context preferred). Deep understanding of security risks, hashing algorithms, and password recovery tools (John the Ripper, Hashcat, EPAS , etc.). Technical English: Fluent written and spoken.
