Perk seeks a Head of Privacy to lead and scale our general privacy program across Europe and the US, aligning with GDPR, CCPA, and emerging AI regulations. You will own the regulatory strategy, privacy controls, data governance, and DPA/PIA processes while partnering with Legal, Security, Product, and Engineering teams.
You will drive privacy by design, manage a small team, and steer risk-based decisions to protect individuals and support Perk's commercial objectives.
