We are looking for a hands‐on Growth Marketing Manager, AI & Automation to own and scale Totalum's customer acquisition engine.
This is not a traditional marketing role. At Totalum, many marketing activities are already supported by AI agents and automated workflows. Your job will be to combine strong marketing judgment with AI-native execution: running campaigns yourself when needed, while supervising, correcting, and continuously improving the agents that execute marketing tasks at scale.
You will own three core growth areas: paid acquisition, outbound prospecting, and social media, with a clear focus on measurable growth.
