WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? 3/4+ years of experience in Service Now development or similar engineering roles Strong proficiency in Service Now platform development , including scripting (Java Script, Glide Script ), web technologies (HTML or XML ) and Service Now APIs Experience with Service Now modules : ITSM and WSD Hands-on experience with Citizen development on Service Now Familiarity with Service Now development tools such as Flow Designer, Studio IDE, Update Sets Good understanding of Service Now architecture, data model,
