In this role you will lead end‑to‑end trial delivery activities, ensuring smooth execution across countries and regions. You will align feasibility strategies with local teams, oversee vendors, and manage trial documents and training to deliver high‑quality studies. You will drive risk assessment, process improvements, and support inspections, while mentoring new colleagues. This role offers impact across global trials and collaboration with cross‑functional partners to advance medicine for patients.

• Create and update critical trial documents (e.g., Monitoring Guidelines, Informed Consent Form, IMP documentation)
• Set up and manage day‑to‑day study vendors, including SOWs and budget oversight
• Coordinate country/region trial management activities and align feasibility with local teams




• Contribute to program‑level compound training with Clinical/CTLu0026D/Medical Writing
• Provide input on trial level operational strategies and resolve issues/risk mitigation
• Participate in trial, compound, and cross‑DU process improvements
• Support Health Authority inspections and risk mitigation at program level
• Mentor and onboard new Trial Management team members
• Foster Credo behaviors and employee engagement

Responsabilidades
• BS degree or equivalent; Life Sciences backgrounds preferred
• Minimum 8 years in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare or related fields
• Experience across multiple phases of clinical trials (Phase I‑IV) and full execution
• 2–3 years leading xqbhyrx multiple aspects of a integral clinical trial
• Proven leadership, ability to work in matrixed/global environments
• Strong decision‑making, analytical and financial management skills
• Ability to operate with limited supervision and mentor others
• Strong planning, communication and present
