Ventós Group is an international company specialized in the distribution and production of Essential Oils & Aroma Chemicals with the Head Quarters located in Barcelona, Spain. The group has 9 subsidiaries around the world.

As part of our ambitious transformation journey, we are looking for an outstanding General EHS & Quality Manager to lead the evolution of our Environmental, Health & Safety and Quality function.

Reporting to the Corporate Operations Director and forming part of the Global Operations Leadership Team, this role will define our global EHS & Quality strategy, harmonize standards across our operations in Europe, Asia and the Americas, and drive a cultural transformation where safety, quality and continuous improvement become fundamental to the way we operate.

This is not a role focused on maintaining management systems.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Transformation
- Define and deploy the global EHS & Quality strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the cultural transformation of EHS & Quality across all operations.
- Harmonize standards, management systems and best practices across all sites.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, influencing operational excellence, risk management and sustainability.
- Champion Lean thinking, continuous improvement and accountability throughout the organization.

- Ensure compliance with international EHS regulations and corporate standards.
