Your primary duties will cover both front-of-house customer advice and back-office sales administration:
- Providing tailored advice to customers seeking air conditioning, heating, and plumbing equipment.




- Actively promoting products and guiding clients through available options to ensure the best purchasing decisions.
- Managing the complete administrative sales cycle, from order creation to invoice generation.
- Processing product returns, handling warranty claims, and managing administrative follow-ups carefully.
- Performing daily cash desk operations, including cash register control and balancing daily balance sheets accurately.

To perform successfully in this position, you need to meet the following key criteria:
