Iron Mountain is seeking an operationally-driven Grid Interconnection & Power Delivery Lead to join our Integral Data Centers team. In this role,



your primary mandate is flawless operational execution. You will own the end-to-end grid connection process for our active projects—from initial capacity requests through to final energization. You will act as the central operational node, providing cross-functional leadership across business, engineering, and sustainability teams, while heavily coordinating with third-party utilities and contractors to ensure reliable, on-time power delivery for our existing commitments.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

Flawless End-to-End Execution: Own and manage the entire operational lifecycle of grid access contracts (ESA) and connection agreements. You are responsible for ensuring that the standard grid connection process is executed perfectly and that we receive power exactly when expected.
Cross-Functional & 3rd Party Leadership: Act as the primary driver for active projects, aggressively coordinating 3rd parties (DSOs, TSOs
