Your Role and Responsibilities:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of medium-size projects. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet the committed project result. Each day, you will plan and execute work on a first-time right approach with customers. You will also showcase your expertise by displaying a clear understanding of sense of urgency and care in your own area of responsibility.

You’ll be contributing to the Motion Service division in Spain. Main stakeholders are Oil and Gas customers, chemical industry, metal industry, water sector or power generation.
- Work model: #LI-hybrid. The primary location is Madrid, although Barcelona is also considered a viable option.
- You will be mainly accountable for:
- Working with the customer (on-site) to identify opportunities to improve their operations and eliminate pain points.
- Lead the project team, by establishing the project execution approach, overseeing project hand-over, execution planning, and monitoring and controlling activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals. Monitoring and controlling project financials, like overseeing project invoicing status, costs, expenses and cash flow. Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and acknowledgement by the customer.
