JOB DESCRIPTION:
Main job functions:
- Performing high-quality research within the scope of the project.
- Reports/papers preparation for submission to peer reviewed journals.
- Presenting results in international conferences.
- Providing guidance to Master’s and visiting students when required.
Area: Electrochemical energy storage and conversion area (EESC)

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Applicants must not already hold a doctoral degree at the date of recruitment.
- Applicants must not have resided or carried out their main activity (work, studies, etc.) in Spain for more than 12 months in the 36 months immediately before the recruitment date.
- Eligibility will be verified at the time of recruitment.
- Master’s in physics, chemistry, materials science or similar.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, thorough command of the English language.
- High motivation to undertake a PhD in an interdisciplinary experimental research environment.
