Role Summary

The AMS Solution Design & Delivery role supports the development and execution of ATM Managed Services solutions across the Middle East region, as part of Brink's Rest of World region. Working closely with regional sales teams, Brink's country teams, customers, product teams, operations, finance, and technology partners, this role translates customer needs into practical, scalable, and commercially sound AMS solutions.

This position supports the VP, AMS Solutions & Strategy, and peers within and outside the region, by leading solution discovery, developing solution concepts, coordinating product and operational inputs, and helping move approved solutions from customer proposal through implementation readiness. The role is customer-facing and hands-on, requiring strong business judgment, operational understanding, and the ability to coordinate across a complex integral organization.





This is a highly visible and important role within Brink's IMEA region. It reports directly to the VP, AMS Solutions Development and serves as a primary regional solution architect.

The role may support opportunities in countries such as the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and other Middle East markets, depending on customer demand and Brink's regional priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Development & Commercial Structuring
- Lead end-to-end solution development for AMS opportunities from qualification through migration readiness.
- Engage Brink's largest bank customers and prospects in the Middle East at senior levels to translate client requirements into detailed, executable multi-vendor AMS solutions.
- Present solutions to customers, including senior leadership.
- Coordinate development of operational models, service scope, SLAs, KPIs, monitoring, security, and compliance frameworks across teams from multiple Brink's functional
