Responsibilities:
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Help customers with basic requests and simple issue resolution.
Escalate more complex cases to the appropriate team.
Keep customer records up to date.
Maintain a professional and friendly communication style.
Requirements:
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Customer-oriented attitude and willingness to help.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
English proficiency at an intermediate level or higher.
Nice to have
Previous customer service experience (preferred but not required).
Experience using CRM or help desk software.
