ROLE
We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor with bilingual proficiency or equivalent level of German and a professional level of English to join the EMEA support team of a leading global sportswear brand. Your mission will be to deliver an outstanding customer experience by assisting consumers with inquiries related to orders, products, and services across multiple channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide best-in-class customer support across pre-sales, mid-sales, and after-sales inquiries
- Assist customers with order issues, product information, and service-related questions
- Manage and resolve customer cases using internal tools and CRM systems
- Accurately input and maintain customer data at the local market level
- Handle e-commerce-related queries efficiently and professionally
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Deliver a positive, empathetic, and solution-oriented customer experience

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- Native or fluent level of German
- Full professional level of English
- Availability to work on-site in Barcelona
