We acquire undervalued residential assets and transform them into high-quality, fully furnished homes for young professionals seeking more than just a place to stay, but a place to feel at home. About the role

Part of your time is about keeping the CEO organized and effective, managing his schedule, his communications, and the logistics that let him focus on what matters. The rest is about making investors, clients, and partners feel genuinely looked after, whether during a visit to Valencia, at an event we organize,



or in the early stages of their relationship with us. We're looking for someone who plans to stay long-term and accumulate real institutional knowledge about our business, our investors, and our processes to truly excel at the role.

What you'll do

_ CEO Support_
- Manage Andrés's calendar, meetings, bookings, and travel, making sure agendas and follow-ups are always in order
- Coordinate internal and external communications on his behalf, and represent him as a reliable point of contact with stakeholders when needed
- Keep the office organized and running smoothly, and take full ownership of ad-hoc requests as they arise.
- Organise team meetings and events, from scheduling to logistics and follow-up
- Assist with personal tasks that fall outside the office but still free up his time and focus
