We are looking for an Educational Coordinator who will help ensure our academic operation runs smoothly every day and that every student receives the support they need to succeed.

The Role

This is a hands-on academic coordination role at the heart of the school's daily operation.

You will oversee the coordination of students, teachers, curriculum delivery, assessments, timetables and academic interventions, ensuring every part of the academic system works together effectively.





Your role is not simply to organise academic activity—it is to maintain visibility over what is happening across the school, identify issues early and ensure appropriate actions are implemented and followed through.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Coordination
- Coordinate the day-to-day academic operation of the school.
- Manage timetables, academic calendars and key deadlines.
- Organise assessment periods, evaluation meetings and academic adjustments.
- Coordinate teacher substitutions when required.
- Ensure academic responsibilities are clearly assigned and completed.
- Identify operational issues before they become larger problems.

Student Progress & Academic Support
- Monitor student academic performance, attendance and punctuality.
- Track grades, assessments and predicted outcomes.
- Identify students at academic risk.
- Coordinate intervention plans and ensure they are completed.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
- Ensure no student requiring support becomes overlooked.
