Contact Center Business Manager

- You are fluent in English and Spanish language (written and spoken)- You have working experience in the area, preferably coming from international business contexts

It is considered a plus:
- If you have knowledge of Italian.




- If you are familiar with customer-care department operations.

What are you going to do?
- You will determine contact center operational strategies by conducting needs assessments, performance reviews, capacity planning, and cost/benefit analysis;
- You will provide inspired leadership for the organization and support worker communication with the management team.
- You will ensure staff members are achieving desired service levels and take corrective action, as needed.
- You will contribute information and analysis to organizational strategic plans and reviews.
- You will maintain and improve contact center operations by monitoring system performance; identifying and resolving problems; preparing and completing action plans; completing system audits and analyses; managing system and process improvement and quality assurance programs; installing upgrades.
