Your Role and Responsibilities:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate service work done at site and ensure it complies with ABB's and customer’s guidelines. Each day, you will act as a single point of contact for the customer during the execution of a service job. You will also showcase your expertise by leading and delivering responsive support coordination to exceed customer expectations/experience.

- _Work model: #LI-hybrid- You will be mainly accountable for:
- Assessing gaps in service delivery, contract execution, and customer focus and working with engineers and operations managers to mitigate the issues identified.
- Scheduling field service activities,



ensuring all requirements are met for a successful job execution.
- Tracking completion of service jobs and ensuring all documentation is completed in a timely manner.
- Collaborating with other coordinators to ensure Field Service Engineers resources are allocated to maximize completion of customer service requests and contract delivery.
- Maintaining and monitoring competency and certification database.
- Organizing Customer training activities, from courses definition and promotion to training delivery.

Qualifications for the Role
- Technical degree in Industrial/Electrical/Electronics engineering
