Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and business partners in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
Support daily administrative and office management tasks
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and office coordination
Maintain an organised, presentable, and professional reception area
Provide administrative support to different departments as required
Assist with client hospitality and meeting preparations
Support the team with general operational tasks and projects

Requirements
Currently studying Hospitality, Business Administration, Tourism, Communications, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills




Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
Fluent in English, both written and spoken (essential for our international clientele); additional languages are a plus
