About OneMoneyWay OneMoneyWay is a fast-growing financial platform helping businesses across Europe open and manage business accounts, cards, and cross-border payments. As we scale our Nordic operations from our Málaga office, we're looking for a Danish-speaking Onboarding Manager to own the client journey from application to activation.

About the Role As Onboarding Manager for the Danish market, you'll be the first real point of contact for new Danish business clients after they apply — guiding them through KYB/KYC requirements, resolving documentation issues, and making sure accounts go live quickly and smoothly. You'll work closely with Compliance, Customer Success, and our banking-as-a-service partners to keep the onboarding process fast, compliant, and low-friction.

What You'll Do

Own end-to-end onboarding for Danish business clients, from application review to account activation
Guide clients through required documentation




Proactively follow up with clients by phone and email to keep applications moving and reduce drop-off
Partner with Product teams to spot friction points and suggest process improvements
Maintain accurate records of client status in the CRM
Act as a warm, familiar contact for clients post-activation, supporting the handover to Customer Success

What We're Looking For

Fluent Danish (native or near-native) and strong English
Experience in onboarding, customer success, or a related client-facing role
Comfortable explaining documentation requirements clearly to non-technical clients
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple client cases at once
Confident on the phone and in writing
Based in or willing to relocate to Málaga, with the ability to work hybrid from our office

Nice to Have

Experience with B2B onboarding
Familiarity with other Nordic markets (Swedish, Norwegian)
Background in scaling onboarding processe
