Role Description The Operations Program Manager/Director – Telecom OSS/BSS is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.



This role oversees end-to-end program and operations management across OSS/BSS initiatives, ensuring that projects are planned, executed, and delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project milestones, monitoring operational performance, and driving process improvements for CNaaS, digital BSS, and private network solutions. The role involves collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external customers, resolving operational issues, preparing status reports, and maintaining governance frameworks and documentation. The individual is expected to provide leadership in optimizing service delivery, enhancing customer experience, and supporting scalability and reliability of telecom solutions.
Qualifications
Over all 10 to 15 Years of Technology Operations.
