The Scrum Master Intern position exists to support a specific engagement with our partner, a Mediterranean technology firm. As we help their leadership team navigate structural changes and refine their internal processes, this role will focus on facilitating clear communication and ensuring that project workflows remain transparent and efficient. You will work in a fully remote setting, helping to bridge the gap between strategic organizational goals and the daily activities of the technical teams.

What You Will Do
Help organize and facilitate daily standups and sprint planning sessions for the technology team to ensure alignment.
Document process bottlenecks and areas of operational friction identified during project cycles for further analysis.




Maintain the project backlog and ensure that all tasks are clearly defined and aligned with the established project goals.
Assist in creating weekly reports that summarize progress and highlight potential risks to the project timeline.
Support the implementation of agile principles within a remote framework to ensure accountability across distributed teams.
Gather data on team velocity and other performance metrics to provide evidence for structural recommendations.
Draft internal communications that clarify decision rights and responsibilities for the project team members.
Monitor the flow of work to ensure that dependencies are identified and addressed before they cause significant delays.
