Job Responsibilities:

Assist Icelandic-speaking clients via email, phone, and live chat with booking, payment, and account inquiries.
Act as a liaison between customers and service providers to ensure swift, high-quality resolution of issues.
Maintain complete accuracy when updating customer accounts using our CRM system and internal databases.
Follow established company procedures while adapting creatively to solve unique customer challenges.
Contribute positively to team goals and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Icelandic: Native or C2 level; fluent in English (written and spoken).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong active-listening abilities.
Proficiency with digital tools:



Office 365, CRM platforms, and general web interfaces.
Strong critical thinking and solution-driven problem-solving mindset.
Resilience and adaptability when handling high-volume or complex situations.
Prior experience in customer support, retail, or hospitality is considered an advantage.

Benefits & Work Conditions:

Contract: Full-time (38.5 hours/week), Monday to Sunday schedule with fixed shifts and 2 days off per week.
Salary: €23,500 gross/year (with quarterly performance bonuses).
