We are looking for a versatile and highly creative Video Editor & Storyteller to join our team in
Madrid. This role is for a modern video creator who knows how to turn raw footage and
creative ideas into content people want to watch—from long-form storytelling to fast-paced
social content and AI-generated video.
You will take projects from raw footage and creative concepts through final delivery, using
strong editorial judgment, pacing, music, sound, graphics, and visual storytelling to create
engaging content across platforms. You’ll also transform long-form content into compelling
short-form videos designed for today’s social audiences.
AI video is an important part of this role. We’re looking for someone who is actively
experimenting with generative AI video platforms and understands how to combine emerging
AI tools with traditional editing in Premiere Pro and After Effects to expand what’s creatively
possible.

strongest moments in hours of footage, create an engaging narrative,
understand what works
on social, and continuously experiment with new AI video tools, models, and creative
workflows.
What You'll Do
Video Editing & Storytelling
• Edit long-form video content and shape raw footage into compelling, well-paced stories
that keep audiences engaged.
• Turn long-form content into high-performing short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram
Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
• Find the strongest story within raw footage, using pacing, structure, hooks, music,
sound design, graphics, captions, and visual effects to create engaging content.
• Edit social-first content with a strong understanding of audience retention, platform
trends, vertical formats, and what makes people stop scrolling and keep watching.
Select and incorporate music and sound that strengthens the emotion, energy, pacing,
and overall storytelling of each piece.
