This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Tax Analyst (Direct Tax) based in Spain.
This role offers the opportunity to support corporate tax compliance across a truly international organization.
You’ll work across multiple jurisdictions spanning EMEA, APAC, and the Americas, gaining broad exposure to general direct tax matters.
The position combines hands-on compliance with tax risk analysis, audits, advisory work, and planning.
You’ll collaborate closely with external tax advisors and internal stakeholders while reporting to the International Tax Manager.
The role provides a front-row view of evolving international tax developments and regulatory requirements.
It is well suited to an analytical tax professional who enjoys working across borders and tackling complex issues.

Accountabilities




Support the International Tax Manager in overseeing corporate tax compliance activities for entities across multiple jurisdictions worldwide.
Coordinate with external tax advisors to prepare, review, and submit corporate tax returns, reports, supporting documentation, and related payments.
Analyze complex direct tax matters, including compliance questions, tax risks, cross-border transactions, and tax planning opportunities.
Help maintain sustainable tax compliance across jurisdictions and assess potential risk positions arising from corporate tax obligations.
Support tax audits, inspections, and related interactions with tax authorities across international markets.
Monitor changes in tax legislation and international tax developments across EMEA, APAC, North America, and Central and South America.
Contribute to the assessment of emerging international tax developments, including OECD Pillars 1 and 2 and Digital Services Taxes.
