Your key responsibilities
As a Full Stack Technical Lead, you will guide the design and development of scalable, high-quality applications across both back-end and front-end technologies. You will provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of robust software solutions aligned with business objectives.
Lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of scalable Java applications using Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
Oversee the creation and maintenance of responsive front-end components using Angular and/or React.js.
Architect, develop, and consume RESTful APIs supporting data-driven,
service-oriented ecosystems. Provide technical guidance and collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, UX/UI, Product) to deliver high-quality, maintainable software solutions.
Ensure the reliability and efficiency of system integrations, including data consistency and integrity across processes.
Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and design patterns across the development team.
Lead the integration and optimization of applications with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
Conduct and oversee code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application stability and performance.
Drive and participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, analysis, architecture, implementation, and ongoing support.
