The Role

We are seeking an experienced IoT Product Lead to define and drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Nespresso's Smart Machines ecosystem, spanning connected coffee machines, companion mobile applications, backend services, and emerging digital experiences.
This role combines strategic leadership with end-to-end product accountability, which means that this role also demands hands-on dedication. The Product Lead will shape the future of connected coffee experiences while ensuring successful delivery of critical initiatives including the Recipe Platform, Mobile App Strategy, chatbot implementation, and the sustainment of existing Vertuo Line digital services.




The idóneo candidate is a strong product leader capable of translating long-term vision into actionable roadmaps, influencing senior stakeholders (strong negotiator profile), and orchestrating cross-functional teams across hardware, software, data, and commercial domains, including experience with aftersales and client support.
Currently, there is a main initiative which connects coffee machine with extended digital experience. It requires a deep integration into Nespresso eco-system with 30+ different systems and points of integration.
