Based in Barcelona, you will be part of the South marketing team. This team will be accountable for:
- Bringing our Consumer Fields of Play to life in the territory through key relationships with the faces (individuals and communities) & places that matter most to Running, Fitness, and Football, and leveraging our on-the-ground connectivity to youth, sport & culture
- Amplifying our Concept Map through complementary executions on the ground that build off Global-Geo campaigns, eg through pinnacle activations
- Ensuring our Nike Sport Marketplace on the ground in South, and especially in Spain & Portugal, shows up as pinnacle and sharply connected to our Field of Play visions
- Fuelling our general engine with sharp, relevant consumer insights that can scale

What will you work on?
As Specialist II, Retail Marketing, EKIN, Spain & Portugal you will be part of the South Retail Marketing function, reporting directly to the Manager, Retail Marketing, EKIN Spain & Portugal. In this role core duties will include:
- Delivering all seasonal and 365 education and engagement plans for running via the code planning process
- Delivering localized training experiences to upskill and inspire retail employees across the NSM in Spain & Portugal on Nike’s mission, brand and innovation.
-Working to equip the Firstline of retail as Nike’s Trusted Voice and inspire the communities we serve through sport. Retail teams don’t only need to know our product Inside out, but they also need to believe in our Vision to
