As Business Travel Agent, you'll take full ownership of end-to-end group travel requests and venue sourcing for VIP German clients, ensuring high-quality operational delivery and direct client satisfaction.
Receive, analyze,



and manage complex client briefs for group bookings and FIT (personalized) group arrangements for German clients
Source venues, arrange flights, trains, and accommodation using Amadeus GDS
Handle direct daily communication with client project managers from quote creation to project execution
Collaborate closely with international teams across France, Switzerland, the UK, and global offices
Experience with GDS tools, specifically Amadeus (mandatory)
~ Native or professional fluency in German combined with strong business English (mandatory)
~ Working knowledge of French or Spanish (a plus)
