Our success is driven by talented people, entrepreneurial thinking, and a culture built on agility, flexibility, integrity, results, and empowerment.ROLE PURPOSE:The Business Development Associate is managing assigned renewable energy projects from their current development stage toward RTB (Ready to Build) / investment decision, with a focus on utility-scale PV, BESS and hybrid projects.The role provides dedicated internal development management for assigned projects in a strategic market where permitting complexity, grid constraints, land issues, regional procedures and reliance on external advisors require local coordination.The role supports the development management process for assigned projects, including milestone planning, consultant coordination, permitting and grid follow-up, risks reporting and preparation of recommendations for internal decision-making. It facilitates cross-functional development workstreams involving Development, Legal,



Finance, Construction, Asset Management, technical advisors, permitting consultants, grid advisors and local stakeholders.The role will operate quite independently on a day-to-day basis within objectives, budgets, priorities and governance defined by the Integral Head of Development and the Verdian Leadership Team Management.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage the day-to-day development of assigned PV, BESS and hybrid projects, maintaining clear ownership of pre-construction development workstreams through to RTB / investment decision.Coordinate permitting, grid, land, environmental and consultant workstreams, ensuring relevant internal and external specialists are involved at the right time.Manage external advisors and consultants, driving timely, high-quality delivery and maintaining accountability across permitting, environmental, grid, land, legal and technical inputs.Maintain project tracker
