About the Role

This is a freelance role for a Tendem project. As a Brand Designer, your focus will be on brand asset creation, visual identity, and brand consistency.



We need a core specialist dedicated to building a strong visual foundation. You will serve as the architect of the brand identity, modernizing aesthetics and ensuring that all visual touchpoints look cohesive across various mediums using industry-standard design tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop foundational brand assets, including logos, complete visual identities, and comprehensive color schemes.
- Create, systematically organize, and deliver necessary variations of core brand elements.
- Act as the strict gatekeeper for brand consistency across all internal and external materials, including pitch decks and social media kits.
- Build scalable, long-lasting visual systems that align with modern design standards.
- Enforce design quality through cross-platform validation, ensuring brand aesthetics translate flawlessly across both digital and print mediums.
