The Role: Theyre looking for an experienced SDR Manager to build, lead, and scale a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives based in Madrid. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving pipeline generation across EMEA territories, coaching their team to consistently hit targets, and working closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to refine outbound strategy. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on developing talent, optimising processes,



and hitting ambitious growth numbers in a fast-paced, matrixed, global organisation. What Theyll Do * Recruit, onboard, coach, and manage a team of SDRs to consistently exceed pipeline and meeting-generation targets * Own the outbound prospecting strategy — messaging, sequencing, tooling, and territory planning * Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align on idóneo customer profiles, campaigns, and lead handoff processes * Track, analyse, and report on team KPIs (activity, conversion rates, pipeline contribution) and use data to continuously improve performance * Build a strong coaching cadence — call reviews, role-plays, 1:1s — to develop reps skills and support career progression * Champion best practice in outbound sales tooling (CRM, sales engagement platforms, intent data) * Foster a high-energy, collaborative, and accountable team culture What theyre looking for: * Proven experience man
