As we continue our rapid expansion across Spain, we’re looking for a bilingual Junior Sales Manager to help drive our growth and shape the future of AI in dentistry.



WHAT YOULL DO * Manage, develop, and grow an assigned customer portfolio. * Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with the company’s growth objectives. * Build and maintain strong relationships with dental practices, specialists, corporate dental groups, laboratories, and other key stakeholders. * Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities while consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets. * Deliver engaging product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for customers and prospects. * Support customer onboarding and ensure the successful adoption of Diagnocat solutions. * Maintain a well-structured sales pipeline and manage opportunities accurately using HubSpot CRM. * Prepare regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and market intelligence updates. * Work closely with the Country Manager Iberia & Italy to execute strategic growth initiatives.
