Job description: * What you will do Define the company’s long-term strategic direction in collaboration with the Company management Lead annual and multi-year strategic planning cycles, ensuring alignment across business units and functions. * Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, competitive dynamics and potential growth opportunities. * Develop business scenarios, risk assessments and mitigation plans to support executive decision-making. * Lead strategic transformation initiatives in response to changing market conditions. * Monitor the progress, KPIs and business impact of key strategic projects. * Oversee the company’s portfolio of strategic projects, programmes and investments.



* Ensure portfolio decisions remain aligned with the organization’s strategic priorities and value-creation objectives. * Lead and coordinate the analysis and selection of current and future portfolio opportunities. * Coordinate the preparation of robust forecasts and business cases for strategic projects, investments and potential growth opportunities. * Assess financial impact, strategic fit, risks and resource requirements. * Work closely with the senior leaders across the organization. * Prepare high-quality presentations, business cases and strategic analyses for executive-level decision-making. * Represent the function in senior leadership meetings when required. * Coordinate inputs from Finance, Operations, Business Development, Innovation and Commercial teams. * Provide clear reporting on strategy execution and portfolio performance to internal and, when necessary, external stakeholders.
