Talents First recruits for its client, a growing industrial equipment manufacturer, a: Area Sales Manager Missions Reporting to the Regional Management, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across Northern Spain and Portugal through the development and management of a distributor network. The role combines business development, key account management, and technical sales in a highly competitive industrial environment. Your main responsibilities include: * Developing and managing a network of distributors and channel partners * Identifying and developing new business opportunities within existing and new accounts * Promoting and selling technical solutions in compressed air systems * Delivering technical presentations and conducting air audits for customers * Supporting partners to ensure effective solution delivery and customer satisfaction * Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs * Achieving sales targets while ensuring profitability Profile Education & Experience * Engineering degree or technical background (sales/business education is a plus)
