The Recipe (About the Role)




Play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly by ensuring the reliability and performance of critical equipment across multiple facilities.
Working as part of a small, highly skilled engineering team, you'll be at the forefront of maintaining equipment through reactive repairs, planned maintenance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives. Assisting our 24 hours a day, 7 days a week operation, you'll have the opportunity to work on your own initiative and as part of cross-functional teams, adapting to the needs of the business while contributing to a safe, efficient, and high-performing environment.
- Provide engineering assistance to production, reacting to breakdowns and resolving faults to minimise downtime
- Carry out planned, preventative and reactive maintenance to maximise equipment reliability and performance
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and programmable logic controller (PLC) faults across a wide range of plant equipment
- Follow all health and safety, food safety and legal compliance require
