We are looking for experienced Thermal Management Engineers to join our automotive R&D; team in Barcelona. The position will focus on the development, testing, validation and localization of vehicle thermal management systems and components.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and validate thermal management systems and components, including HV battery cooling, HVAC, powertrain cooling, radiators and cooling modules.
• Define technical requirements and evaluate system performance through bench and vehicle-level testing.
• Analyse test results, identify root causes and coordinate solutions for thermal performance and quality issues.
• Work closely with design, simulation, validation, purchasing, manufacturing and vehicle integration teams.
• Coordinate technical reviews, development schedules and component delivery with European Tier 1 suppliers.
• Support supplier localization and ensure components meet performance, quality,



cost and timing targets.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Thermal Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of automotive thermal management experience.
• Experience in at least one area: HV battery thermal management, HVAC, engine/powertrain cooling, radiators or cooling modules.
• Practical experience in component development, testing, validation and technical problem-solving.
• Experience working with automotive suppliers and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Fluent English; Spanish is an advantage.
• Valid right to work in Spain and willingness to work on-site in Barcelona.
Candidates with OEM or automotive Tier 1 experience will be highly preferred.
