IVICUO is e a Revenue Operations Consulting company whose main role is to connect the Go-To-Market strategy with measurable revenue results. We plan, implement and optimise processes related to:

Marketing Automation: with Pardot and HubSpot as the main tools and Salesforce as the CRM to connect with.
Revenue Data & Reporting: connecting all the tools used in the GTM stack and ensuring the continuous tracking of the Lead-to-Revenue lifecycle.
Revenue Operations and GTM Processes: aligning Marketing, Sales, and Revenue teams around shared processes and data.
We are not an agency, and we don't plan to become one. We work with key European Scaleups, are part of their teams, and dedicate ourselves to each of them.

Role Description

As a Revenue Operations Assistant (Data & Integrations) at IVICUO, you will play a key role in data management, systems integration, and supporting revenue operations initiatives. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and optimising CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy,



and enabling seamless integration across revenue technology stacks.
You will assist in creating operational processes, preparing analytics reports, and supporting cross-functional teams in Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. This is a full-time remote role that requires a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

Fluency in English is a must.
1 or 2 years of experience working on Marketing Operations, reporting and data analysis, paid campaigns management (performance management) or website project management.
Experience using HubSpot or Pardot is a plus.
Experience using Salesforce or other CRM is a plus.
Experience using API is a plus
Experience using Data Visualisation tools and SQL is a plus
Proactive & with initiative.
Tech lover (likes to work with different tools) & process mindset
Goal & Detail oriented.
Can-do attitude.
Must live in Spain
