High Earning Potential
No base salary. Commission only.
You earn 50% of each client's monthly subscription for the first 6 months.
Example
Close a £500/month client = £250/month for 6 months
Close a £1000/month client = £500/month for 6 months
No cap on commission.
High performers can realistically build £3,000 to £6,000+ in monthly commission as they continue closing new clients.

What You'll Do
Own the full outbound sales pipeline from prospecting through to closing and onboarding
Identify and build lists of short-term rental operators and property managers
Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn,



email and phone
Research prospects, identify decision-makers and initiate conversations
Book and conduct demos with prospective customers
Follow up consistently and manage the sales cycle through to close
Build, manage and own your own sales pipeline, with full responsibility for generating your own opportunities
Build relationships with property managers and short-term rental operators across international markets

What we're looking for
Proven B2B SaaS sales or business development experience
Experience in short-term rental, hospitality, property management, or SaaS sales highly preferred
Strong outbound prospecting experience and the ability to build a sales pipeline from scratch
Confident with cold outreach via LinkedIn, email and phone
Self-motivated and comfortable owning the entire sales process
Excellent spoken and written English
Previous experience with Airbnb, Guesty, Hostaway, Hospitable, Hostfully, L
