About the Role
We're hiring Murphy's first full-time People Operations hire. You'll own the operational core of the People function end to end — payroll, onboarding, offboarding, HR systems, and light office management — across Barcelona,



London and Dubai (with satellite hires abroad), reporting directly to the Head of People.
This is a People Systems role as much as a People Operations one. Our processes are still being built, not maintained — you'll design them to run themselves: agents and automated workflows instead of manual steps, self-service & tickets instead of direct messages, so the function scales the same way the product does.
Murphy builds AI voice agents that collect overdue debt for banks: more recovered, faster, cheaper, fully compliant, and respectful to the debtor. We're live with Santander, Revolut, BBVA and dozens others, and we're scaling fast across markets and new businesses — the People function needs to keep pace.
